For months, we have shared with you the great need in Venezuela. Because of safety concerns, economic issues, and new visa complications, we have hesitated traveling to the country, yet we wanted to assist the pastors, if possible. Just days ago, we spoke with one of the pastors in Venezuela and learned of his planned trip to Colombia to obtain relief supplies. The Lord has given opportunity for us to meet him in Bogota. We need your immediate help to provide a special offering that will be given to this pastor to help with the needs of the ministries in Venezuela! This is our time to bear a burden and make a difference.
During the time in Bogota, we are also excited to meet with other pastors and certain missionaries who have current ministries with those believers in the jungle work first influenced by Sophie Muller. We praise the Lord for the opportunity to renew acquaintance with the continuing jungle ministry that The Voice in the Wilderness supported for over 50 years.

Politically, under President Maduro, the economy and government is a disaster. Inflation will top 1,000% by year-end. Ration lines are long and goods scarce.
